that's Kevin D Mitnick.
He's got a smile on his face here but right now he's sitting in some federal detention center in california.
This guy lost the game he was playing vs the Bureau because he stayed too long at the same place in Raleigh,NC with his portable pc and cell phone.Japboy was outside in some kinda van chasing waves with an antenna .Some guys just dont know how to pass their time.Anyway Kevin lost and now he's fucked all over case he's imprisonned without bail and probably without any chances of hitting real life again before a good ten years minimum.Just because he was tired of playing pacman and shifted to hack the darn planet .He musta thought for awhile he was king of the moutain just because he was undercover and using someone else's identity to survive.
There's two schools here :
Some yell 
on their website all day long .Why not free charles manson ,the unabomber ???Whyn't free each and every con outta all the country's jails ????That's too funny.
Others say he's guilty of all charges he's the devil without a disguise and all and those say:

You make your own mind on this hacker the thing is if he was free he could be reading your mail and delete it all day long just for fun and you wouldn't find any of that very funny.Course it's not fair that he's been jailed for three years witout a trial when all he did was play around with a computer .This guy's smarter than a lotta people who're running the streets laughing about his bad luck.
He was given many chances by the justice system up until this last encouter.He didn't give a shit about teh law for all i understand .Once he was said to weigh around 
300 lbs.Does it look like the same guy??????
I've read takedown the book in which japboy tells of his chase of Mitnick.It's not too bad.
Okay now here's kevin chained like a dog being led to some NC federal courtroom:
